Thursday, October 1st | 6PM | Our Lady of the Snows | $10 | Sign-up Required

Learn how to create simple, natural beauty and wellness products that support rest, renewal, and overnight nourishment. Perfect for anyone interested in herbal beauty and at-home self-care, this hands-on class will include under-eye hydrogel patches, sleep gummies and remedies, and nourishing treatments for hair and skin. You’ll learn how each ingredient works and how to recreate the formulas at home. Leave with handmade products, recipes, and a restorative nighttime ritual of your own.

Lara’s own journey with autoimmune and hormonal imbalances led her back to school in Boulder, Colorado, where she studied women’s health through a holistic lens, including nutrition, herbal medicine, and nervous system health. Since then, she has worked in clinics, private practice, and alongside a physician—all with the purpose of helping women feel at home in their bodies, connected to themselves, and empowered to live a life that feels whole and on purpose.
