You've read the articles. You've watched the reels. You've asked in the mum group. And now you're more confused than when you started.

Do you start with purees or baby led? Do I use baby rice cereal? What about allergens, iron, choking, salt? Everyone has an opinion, and most of it contradicts.

This workshop is where the noise stops.

In one hour, I'll walk you through exactly how to start solids, grounded in the latest evidence and shaped by real life with a baby. You'll leave knowing what to offer first, how to offer it safely, what to watch for, and what simply doesn't matter. No fear, no rigid rules, no overwhelm.

I'm Cushla, a qualified nutritionist and mum of three (7 months, 2 and 5). I've been through starting solids three times, and I've studied the science behind it. This workshop is the session I wish I'd had before I started with my first.

You'll walk away with: Clarity on exactly what to do in your baby's first weeks of solids Confidence around allergens, iron and textures A 50-page Starting Solids Confidently guide ($25 value) emailed after the session and answers to your specific questions in the Q&A

$59 per mum, babies welcome free. Includes the 1-hour workshop, live Q&A, and my complete 50-page Starting Solids Confidently guide ($25 value) delivered by email after the session.

This workshop is for you if: Your baby is 4 to 8 months, or you're preparing ahead You want evidence-based guidance, not guesswork You're ready to feel calm and in control at the high chair
