Steed Strength Showdown 2026 is here.

From first-time competitors to experienced lifters, everyone is welcome to take the platform and be part of one of Steed’s favourite events of the year.

Compete across the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, test your strength, chase new PRs, and enjoy a day surrounded by a supportive community that loves lifting as much as you do.

Overall placings will be determined using the DOTS formula, with prizes awarded to the top-performing male and female lifters.
