Compete across the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift, test your strength, chase new PRs, and enjoy a day surrounded by a supportive community that loves lifting as much as you do.

Overall placings will be determined using the DOTS formula, with prizes awarded to the top-performing male and female lifters.
