Stirling Local Drug Action Team Alcohol and Other Drug Action Plan Launch
Event description
Join us for the Launch of the Stirling Local Drug Action Team Alcohol and Other Drug Action Plan.
Background:
The Stirling Local Drug Action Team (SLDAT) is a collective group of organisations working towards preventing Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) harm in the City of Stirling. In late 2024 3 workshops were hosted with community champions and key stakeholders to develop actions that would form the Alcohol and other Drug Action Plan (AODAP). Throughout these workshops priority areas were identified and actions were formed. 3 key priority areas were developed to be the focus area of the AODAP.
As a result of the collaborative efforts of more than 85 participants involving Stirling LDAT members and many supporters, the 4-year Alcohol and Other Drug Action 2025 – 2028 (AODAP) is now published and ready for implementation in communities throughout the City of Stirling.
