From a Central Queensland boy on a cattle farm to supply chain executive Nathan has experienced enormous personal challenges and growth, with the largest learnings often coming from the worst bosses!
From these learnings, Nathan’s key strength is improving people and culture. After realising large companies struggle to “walk the walk”, Nathan has joined the startup team for Disruptive Packaging, a company that is changing packaging supply chains across the world by replacing polystyrene, waxed cardboard, and now wooden pallets with a stronger, greener solution.
Nathan wears a few hats, including being the CEO of Penguin Composites.
