About the workshop

The strategic negotiation workshop has been initiated by the Right People for Country program and is provided for agencies who work with Traditional Owners. It is designed to fine-tune existing skills through the addition of a structural framework and the use of feedback and small group coaching.

You will think about the goals, your process choices, relationship goals and your personal style in a way that enhances your outcomes. The workshop is run by the Resolve Advisors team who have many years of experience in providing negotiation training to Traditional Owners in Victoria and elsewhere.
