Strategic and Operational Planning - Cairns

Think strategic planning is just writing a fancy document that gathers dust? Think again! Join ECCQ and Cairns Regional Council for a hands-on workshop where we’ll unpack:

(a) what actually makes a good strategic plan,
(b) how to go about planning without falling asleep at the table, and
(c) some fun activities to kick-start drafting your own plan.

If you’re part of a multicultural community group in Cairns and want your organisation’s future to look less “foggy crystal ball” and more “clear roadmap”, this one’s for you!
