STRENGTH FIRST is a small group training program designed to teach correct form and technique.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Facilitated by Strength and Conditioning Coach Corey Williams, the four week program guides participants through the big three barbell lifts; deadlift, chest press and squat.
WHO IS IT FOR? Suitable for those wishing to learn or improve their weight lifting technique. You do not need to be a current member to register for this program. Minimum age 14 years.
WHAT IS THE COST? $103.00 for the 4 week program. Maximum 4 participants.
