WHAT TO EXPECT:

60 minutes of Yin Yoga

A mindfulness based practice, we move slowly through postures, resting for between 3-5 mins in each pose to allow us to feel the effects of each stretch. Incorporating meditation throughout, and ending with a relaxing savasana.

absolutely not. yin is about becoming comfortable in stillness and meditation.

CAN I COME ALONE?

absolutely. we encourage connection and meeting new people, head on down early and grab a coffee from our friends at Goose, maybe even meet new mates.
