Are you ready to implement the changes? As Aged Care Providers deep dive into the strengthened quality standards and empower your compliance journey gain clarity, tools, and solutions to thrive with practical and informative sessions focused on the revised Aged Care Quality Standards

Course outcomes:

• Recognise the intent and understand the expectations of the revised Quality Standards
• Know the actions to take to achieve compliance
• Receive a Gap Analysis tool for each standard to support your readiness, identify gaps and guide improvement

Standard 2: The Organisation

• Be aware of the requirements of when to use data and experiences for continuous improvement, involving people in decision-making, supporting worker skills, planning for emergencies and staff shortages, and understanding the impact of governance decisions and board investments
• Explore the new requirements relating the workforce management and engagement

Standard 4: The Environment

• Covers the requirements to recognise environmental risks and create a safe and supportive physical environment.
• Explore a case study on how various position and role responsibilities can help achieve these requirements.

• Remove unauthorised participants from a session if no response is received by the unauthorised attendee within 10 minutes (by Zoom chat).
• Request all participants to turn on their camera

Notification of cancellation or transfer of registration must be by email to enquiry@acia.asn.au. No refund is available for any cancellations received five working days or less prior to the start date, however a substitute delegate is welcome. Please notify ACIA of any substitution as soon as possible. No refund or transfer will be given for non-attendance.
