You are warmly invited to a special evening hosted by the MCCSA Women's Council, supported by the Alcohol and Drug Foundation – designed with women in mind: real talk, real connection, and real care for ourselves and our families.

1. Walk – 4:00pm
Meet in the MCCSA foyer no later than 3.45pm. Start with a gentle 1-hour wellbeing walk around Veale Gardens. A chance to unwind, chat, and enjoy some fresh air before the evening begins.
2. Talk – 5:00pm
Join us back at MCCSA for inspiring and supportive talks from two incredible women and professionals:
Luisa Greco, Regional Community Development Manager, The Alcohol and Drug Foundation. A passionate advocate for community wellbeing. Breaking the Silence: Addressing Stigma Around Alcohol and Drug Harm in Multicultural Communities.
Sarah Hennessy
Founder of Memorable Mocktails – South Australia’s first alcohol-free wellness school. With a background in brain health and foraging, Sarah has been crafting healthy, vibrant drinks for two decades and will share her passion for mindful sipping.
3. Connect – 6:00pm
Enjoy a relaxed space with other women, featuring Sarah’s delicious and healthy mocktails, soul-warming snacks, and meaningful conversations.
