About the Event:

Welcome to the next webinar in the Study Melbourne Leadership Labs Connect series! This 5-part program brings together students, leaders, and alumni across Victoria for a unique experience designed to grow your leadership skills, expand your network, and create lasting connections.

Join us for Workshop 2, where we will hear an #inspirationalintroduction with guest speaker, Alexis Ngunyi who was a 2024 Connect Graduate and is now busy, 'Helping International Students build Personal Brands on LinkedIn (and beyond) | Passionate about Entrepreneurship, Personal Branding and Social Change!'

Josh Farr will then join you for a hands-on workshop on the topic of Managing Up and Motivating Teams. With Josh, you will learn how to:

• Understand what motivates people
• Use the 6 drivers of motivation in your life and in your teams
• Apply the M.A.N.A.G.E. principles to manage up
• Build strong relationships and teamwork skills for your life, leadership and career
