Success: Full Living
Event description
The Life Mechanism is in every one of us - what is it and how do I find it? What is the Brain/Mind mechanism? This workshop will explain how your thoughts can affect your life in a positive or negative way. Are your attitudes working for you or against you? Where am I going and how do I get there? Allow your creativity and enthusiasm to be unleashed, practice techniques including meditation (mental prayer) and contemplation for goal setting. Use meditation and the power of pause; discover the productivity of pausing. Minimize stress through relaxation, proper breathing and connecting to your authentic, intuitive self. Move away from a cluttered inner space to freedom.
This six-week series meets on Sundays and uses lecture, meditation, music, physical exercise, goal setting and life planning in a setting of small group discussions, audio/video aids, detailed self-evaluations and lots of fun.
Who is this workshop for? Anyone wanting to create a life they love whether in college, career, mid-life or retirement.
Previous SFL graduates who may want a refresher do not get an additional student manual yet will be provided certain pages that will be used in the sessions.
