Reset and inspire for the week with an evening of yoga philosophy, journaling and meditation.

In this Sunday's dharma talk, learn the three forms of happiness, and the unique role each plays in a well-lived life. Through ancient eastern philosophy, reflective journaling and meditation, we'll learn to recognise, hold and choose the kind of happiness that lasts.

What to expect:

A dharma talk on the three forms of happiness (Sukha)
Quiet, guided journaling to reflect and integrate
A grounding meditation or energy healing to close

Bring: a journal, a pen, and a curious mind.
