Emma Saunders is an award winning “formidable” (Realtime, 2010) Australian dance artist who works as a director, choreographer, performer, theatremaker, educator, dance curator and producer.
Over the past 25 years she has honed her practice to develop a solid body of work with an interest in the simplicity of dance and the complexity of choreography. After the success of ENCOUNTER, at Sydney Festival 2020 (more on this partnership with FLING & commission by FORM Dance Projects, Emma began her own company, the WE ARE HERE Company.
