**Dynamic Energy Movement (DEM) Moving Meditation
This Moving Meditation consists of a series of creative and expansive body movements based on Qigong, breathwork, and mindfulness. The practice is done from a standing position and requires no mat and no experience. Classes begin with a sequence of fun warmups to loosen stuck energy followed by creative flow movements to realign the mind and body – accompanied by beautiful meditation music. In short, it’s a moving meditative flow to ease stress, rebalance energy, and feel centered and relaxed.
