Breathwork is a way to tap into the parts of you that can ordinarily be reached on your own. Access parts of the brain where memories, fears and traumas are stored. This will allow your body to release the effects of past events and traumas.
By doing this we can:
- let go of the stories we tell ourselves that hold us back,
- soften or relieve anxieties, panic and depressions,
- begin to feel self love and gratitude,
- find peace and quieten the mind,
- start to see a more positive future rather than living in the past.
