Restorative Yoga – Gentle, supported poses to release tension and invite ease
Breathwork – Simple practices to regulate the nervous system and promote calm
Yoga Nidra – A deeply restorative guided practice to calm the mind and restore balance

Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in soothing sounds for deep relaxation and healing

No previous yoga experience is required. All are welcome.

What to Bring:

Comfortable, layered clothing including socks
Water bottle
All yoga props are provided, but feel free to bring your own favourites
