Join us every Tuesday morning at Alexandra Headlands Beach Access 162, opposite The Booley Café where the sunrise hits the ocean just right, and the energy is pure magic. ✨

📍 Location: Beach Access 162, Alexandra Parade
(Park directly opposite The Booley Café or near the toilet block.)

🌊 About the Experience

Each week, one of our beautiful facilitators will guide you through a soulful sunrise session, blending yoga, pilates, qigong, breathwork, dance, fitness, and meditation.

🎧 With our Silent Sound Headsets, you’ll be fully immersed in your own bubble of peace , hearing every breath, every beat, and every word, while keeping the beach around us calm and quiet.

This isn’t just a class, it’s a sisterhood.
A place to move, express, reconnect, and rise together. 💛

🌿 What to Bring

🧘‍♀️ A towel or yoga mat (one that’s okay to get sandy!)
💧 A water bottle
👙 Swimmers if you fancy a post-session ocean dip

☕ Coffee & Connection

After our session, join us off the mat for a warm coffee and deeper connection at a local café.
It’s the perfect way to ease into your day with heart and community.

🌧 Wet Weather Plan

We’re rain-ready! If the weather turns, we’ll gather at our beautiful indoor space:

(Please note: the use of this space depends on attendance numbers to cover costs.)
Check your email or socials the day before for any location updates.

As we now have a wet-weather backup, refunds will not be issued due to weather changes — thank you for understanding, and for showing up, rain or shine. 🌦️

💛 A Few Notes

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour the experience.

• Sessions start right on time.

• This is a child-free and dog-free space, created to give you uninterrupted time to reconnect with yourself.

While our facilitators guide with care, it’s important to listen to your body and move intuitively.

Sunrise Sisterhood, Tam Moroney, and our facilitators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
You agree to assume all risks and release all parties from liability.

Photos or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes.
If you’d prefer not to be featured, please let us know before the session begins — your choice is always respected.
