🌅 What to Bring

• Your best 80's outfit (optional but highly encouraged!)

• A water bottle

• Something warm to wear before and after the session

• A towel or yoga mat if you'd like one for the movement section

• Your biggest smile and willingness to have fun!

⏰ Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes early (5:15am) so we can check you in, fit your Silent Sound Headset and start together on time.
