🌅 Currimundi Lake Sunrise Sessions

Rise and shine, sister, it’s your midweek dose of magic.

Join us Wednesday mornings at sunrise at Currimundi Lake for a heart-filling morning of movement, mindfulness, and connection.

📍 Location: 1/1 Watson Street, Currimundi Lake
(Meet on the beach side near Thrills Espresso Café & Sunset Bar, Beach Access 254.)

Each week, one of our beautiful facilitators will guide you through a soulful sunrise session, blending yoga, pilates, meditation, breathwork, qigong, dance, or mindful movement, all through silent sound headsets that make the experience intimate and deeply grounding.

This isn’t just a workout… it’s a wake-up for your soul.
A space to connect, laugh, release, and remember who you are, surrounded by like-minded women who just get it.

🌟 Important Details

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and honour our facilitators and sisters who head off to work after.
We start right on time so we can make the most of the magic hour.

Bring:
🧘‍♀️ A towel or yoga mat (one that’s okay to get sandy)
💧 Water bottle
👙 Swimmers for an optional sunrise dip

☕ Coffee & Connection

After each session, join us for a coffee and chat at a nearby café, it’s the perfect way to carry that sunrise glow into your day.

☔ Wet Weather Plan

If rain is forecast, we may need to move the session to our indoor wet-weather venue at Wind & Sea Community Clubhouse, Currimundi.

Please note that we don’t have access to this venue until 6:00am, so in this instance the session would start 30 minutes later. This doesn’t happen often, but we like to be transparent just in case.

If a 6:00am start doesn’t work for you, we’re more than happy to transfer your ticket to another session or organise a refund.

💛 Support when needed

At Sunrise Sisterhood, we truly believe this space should be accessible to every woman who feels the pull to be here. If you would love to attend but are currently experiencing financial hardship, please know you are not alone and there is absolutely no shame in that. I have been there myself, and that is exactly why we are offering five complimentary tickets each week at each location for women who need this space but cannot afford it right now due to their circumstances.

By attending a Sunrise Sisterhood event, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in activities and assume all associated risks. Tam Moroney, Sunrise Sisterhood, and associated organisers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages during the event.  I release Tam Moroney, Sunrise Sisterhood, and associated organisers from any liability for personal injuries, property damage, or any loss that may arise from my participation in this event. I understand the nature of the activities and take full responsibility for my actions and any resulting consequences. I agree that Tam Moroney or Sunrise Sisterhood shall not be held liable for any incidents during the event.

Additionally, by attending, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the event staff prior to the session.
