Sunrise Sisterhood FREE Monthly Event - Coolum Beach

🌅 Join Us for a FREE Sunrise Sisterhood Session  - The First Saturday of the Month! 🌅

Calling all women and mummas! 

If you have kids, work early during the week and can’t make it to our weekday events, or if you simply LOVE our events and want an extra dose of fun, this one’s for you!  You are welcome to bring your little ones along and step into a magical morning with the Sunrise Sisterhood at Coolum Beach.

📍 Location: Beach Access 77, Coolum Beach
🕔 Time: 5:30am Start

Every session is guided by a dedicated facilitator, offering yoga, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, qigong, dance, and more. This is your space to connect, collaborate, and simply BE, while sharing moments of joy and growth with other like-minded women.

💡 What to Bring:

• Towel and/or yoga mat (be mindful that it may get sandy)
• Water bottle
• Swimmers (it’s warming up!)

We’d love to have your little ones join us! Please keep in mind that the headsets are reserved for adults, so they won’t be available for the kids. 😊

☕ Coffee & Connection: After each session, we head across the road for a coffee and catch-up. If you have time, we’d love for you to join us!
