Sunrise Sisterhood - SUNSET Session @ Currimundi Lake

Welcome to Sunrise Sisterhood, 

✨ If you thought Sunrise was magical, wait until you experience Sunset. ✨

We heard you! So many of you shared that mornings didn’t work for your schedule, and you wanted a Sunset session, so we’ve made it happen.

Starting the first week of February, Sunset Sessions by the Lake will run every Thursday at 5:30 PM at beautiful Currimundi Lake.

As the day winds down, join us to watch the sun set over the lake while immersing yourself in a session filled with:

🌸 Yoga to stretch and restore. 

💪 Fun outdoor group fitness to energise your soul. 

💃 Movement and dance to spark joy and connection.

🤝 Mindfulness and community to bring calm and inspiration.

This is your time to unwind, move your body, and connect with an incredible group of women while celebrating the magic of sunset.

The best part? Every week brings something new, with a lineup of our amazing local facilitators sharing their unique talents and magic!

Please  arrive 5 to 10 minutes before we kick off. We start at 5:30pm on the dot!

Please bring along, a towel and/or yoga mat and water bottle.   (please note the yoga mats do get sandy so I would suggest NOT brining a good yoga mat along) 

Location: 1/1 Watson Street, Currimundi Lake -  Head to the beach on the same side as Thrills Espresso Cafe and Sunset Bar.
