Join us for a rejuvenating morning in the beautiful Plenty Gorge, where adventure meets mindfulness. This 3 hour event combines the invigorating experience of hiking with the calming practice of meditation, breathwork & journaling, designed to refresh your body and soul.

Schedule:

  • 7:15am-7:30am Arrival and Welcome. Start your day with a warm welcome at the track entrance, meeting fellow participants and soaking in the early morning serenity of the gorge.

  • 7:30am Guided Hike Begins. Led by our experienced guide Jess, embark on a scenic hike through the stunning trails of Plenty Gorge. As you walk, take in the breathtaking views, listen to the sounds of nature, spot wildlife and breathe in the fresh air. The hike will be moderate in difficulty and will last for about 1-1.5 hours.

  • Meditation Session. After the hike, we’ll find a peaceful spot to settle down for a guided meditation & breathwork session followed by journalling prompts. Led by Michelle, this practice will help you connect with your inner self, release stress, and embrace the tranquility of the surroundings. No prior meditation experience is necessary!

  • Time to journey back through the nature trail to where we began. We’ll conclude our event with a closing circle where participants can share their experiences, reflections, and newfound insights. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others and foster a sense of community.

  •  Feel free to stay a little longer to enjoy the park, take photos, or simply bask in the beauty of nature!
