This 2-day workshop will support you to build effective communication with your team, help you resolve conflict, and how to make better decisions for all involved.

Day 1: Strengthen leadership skills tailored to roles as Heads of Departments, including

- decision-making
- conflict resolution skills.
Day 2: Explore…
- innovative approaches to engage students and enhance learning outcomes.
- tools to support neurodiverse learners
- strategies to differentiate teaching for a range of learning styles and levels
- assessment for learning assessment and evaluation techniques, to implement fair and effective assessment practices to measure student progress accurately.
