Dimensional Sound Therapy offers a Sound Therapy which is a profoundly transformational sound therapy modality that has far reaching benefits and takes a holistic approach to the process of healing.
It is a non-invasive therapy in that we work in the client’s energy or bio field to assist in restoring balance and harmony using sound. The therapy has the added benefit of leaving ‘one’ calm and relaxed.
The principal tools used are Himalayan Singing bowls and Solfeggio tuning forks all tuned to specific notes and frequencies that work synergistically to “tune the mind body and spirit”.
Our Group Sound Meditations and Sound Baths offer an array of instruments including the Symphonic Gong. It will take you on a journey within, with a few little surprises along the way.
Its time to choose you. During a sound session, various healing instruments are used, including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Solfeggio Tuning Forks and Flutes, Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and many more are used to create a symphonic sound to allow you to relax into a meditative state and create space to heal your spirit, mind and body. Surrender to the Sound as you lay down comfortably on a mat with your eyes closed while focusing on your breath and the sound. A Chakra Alignment or Energy balance will be incorporated into the Group session for maximum benefit. This will take you on a journey within for about 50 minutes. My group sessions are no more than 12 for a more personalized experience. Larger groups are welcome on request by contacting Di on 0416 137 727.
