You will be guided through a Soul Nourishing, Body Softening, Mind Relaxing & Heart Opening session of Meditation, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony.
It is available to everyone, no yoga experience required, all support materials provided, and we welcome you into the Yoga Ocean space just as you are.
