Sustainable Aviation Fuel Guangzhou Forum (July 5 2025)

The UniSA Sustainable Aviation Team is dedicated to researching decarbonisation strategies for the aviation industry. In 2024, our team’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) project successfully secured funding from the National Foundation for Australia–China Relations (NFACR). The project will work with key industry stakeholders in Australia and China through a series of SAF seminars and forums, jointly addressing the challenges of the SAF transition and strengthening business collaboration.

We will host five forums in 2025—in Shanghai (April 17), Guangzhou (July 5), Hong Kong (July), Chengdu (October), and Melbourne (November 27). These events aim to deepen understanding of sustainable aviation, showcase Australia’s potential in advancing aviation decarbonisation, and promote deep cooperation between Australia and China across the entire aviation value chain.

SAF Guangzhou Forum for Airlines and Airports

This forum will focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) assessment for airlines and airports, exploring best practices, regulatory developments, and investment opportunities in sustainable aviation. The discussions will bring together key industry stakeholders from Australia and China to share insights on ESG reporting, carbon reduction strategies, and the role of international collaboration in building a greener aviation sector.

广州航空业ESG评估论坛
