The Support at Home Program will commence on 1 July 2025 and Home Care Providers will need to understand the impact it will have on home care business operations including what changes are required in order to transition to the Support at Home Program. Additionally, on 20 February 2025 the Australian Government released the Support at Home program provider transition guide.

David specialises in providing services and advice to the aged care, disability and community services businesses.

David has over 30 years' of experience in professional practice with a background in audit (internal and external), insolvency and a wide range of consulting assignments to a variety of industries. David is also past chairman and continuing Director of an aged care provider.

David holds a Bachelor of Economics, is a Chartered Accountant, an Associate Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Notification of cancellation or transfer of registration must be by email to enquiry@acia.asn.au. No refund is available for any cancellations received five working days or less prior to the start date, however a substitute delegate is welcome. Please notify ACIA of any substitution as soon as possible. No refund or transfer will be given for non-attendance.
