Swaggerland & friends play the underground

An evening of live original music down the stairs at PBC. Swaggerland conjures raw elemental worlds driven by a powerful rhythm section and untamed slide guitar. Survival, chaos and beauty collide in a bold, cinematic sonic odyssey. Paul Vassallo on slide guitar. Marc Lynch on bass. Reuben Alexander on drums, harmonica and atmospheric percussion. Bronwyn Eather on vocals, keys, guitar and soundscape.

Solomon Barbar & The Asp play songs about love, loss, longing and the strange weight of being alive. Soulful, honest songwriting steeped in heart and grit. Featuring Anousheh St Germain on Keys, Peter Yates on Bass and Stef Billimoria on Drums.

The Silver Foxes are the Sydney-based duo of Anousheh St Germain and Josh Shipton that improvise on classic Middle Eastern tunes as well as protest songs. Fusion of Persian melodies and bass sounds leads listeners on a meditative journey of peace & fury.

Getting to The PBC! Access to the club and main stage is via 12 stairs at the front of the venue. We are not wheelchair accessible currently but we are working on it! There is free, untimed parking on the avenue and Brighton Street and drop off/pick up is available via our driveway.

Access to the green room / downstairs stage is via 15 stairs down onto the ground level. If you have special access needs please email or call us ahead of time and we will do our best to plan with you and help you into the club.
