Join BLOCK 3 of our 6-weekly Monday classes in Sydney's most beautiful dance hub managed by BrandX. Uncover new body-mind interconnections as the training enables each person to explore their growing edge in exchange with others. Newcomers can easily join and be introduced to the foundational elements that make the training so powerful.
The classes are for beginners, intermediate as well as experienced movers, encouraging the exchange of experience between diverse ages, backgrounds and different walks of life.
The classes can include any of the following:
MB (Mind/Body, Muscle/Bone) - a dynamic and rhythmic work-out that develops strength, coordination and grounding;
MANIPULATIONS - a series of precise forms done with a partner involves stretching and alignment through careful use of breath and weight; and
GROUNDWORK - a wide variety of exercises to sharpen sensorial focus, develop sensitivity and awareness, expand imagination, and increase the scope of response through the body.
DATES: six Mondays JUNE 19, 26 and JULY 3, 10, 17, 24
TIME: 7-9pm
VENUE: ESCAC – East Sydney Community Arts Centre, 34-40 Burton St, Darlinghurst.

COVID-INFO: The classes will be conducted according to NSW Government Health Regulations and we will be adhering to all current Covid Safety Requirements.
COST: $28 per 2-hr class OR buy six classes in advance and pay ONLY $16 for each class (discounted $95 for full block of 6 classes); plus booking fees and GST.
BOOKINGS: Tickets for either the full block or for individual classes can ONLY be purchased here via HUMANITIX as we are unable to accept on-site payment by cash. Please note: tickets are NOT transferable between blocks. Bookings can only be made by THE PERSON PARTICIPATING who will also need to provide their details and agree to Terms & Conditions during the registration process. Cancellation must be made LATEST one week prior to the class to receive a refund (less 30% cancellation fee). IF CLASSES ARE CANCELLED DUE TO COVID you will be offered a transfer or a refund.
