At RCVRI Wellness, Martin Place, you’ll be guided through:

A welcoming introduction to our wonderful group of 20 women in the Dry Room.
Grounding meditation to quiet the mind and arrive fully present.
A 15-minute burst of wellbeing inspirational talk.
The option to immerse yourself in proven recovery practices: cold plunge and sauna for calming the nervous system and reducing inflammation, and/or NormaTec compression systems for deep restoration (45 minutes).
Alternatively, you can relax with a good book or meditation and take in the tranquil environment around you.
Delicious teas provided by WildLane Tea.
Light snacks provided by Business Women Australia.

Whether it’s your first time exploring cold and heat therapy, or you’ve experienced it before, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
