Sydney Business Women Australia – End of Year Wellbeing Experience

Take a few hours just for you before the festive season begins. This unique BWA end-of-year gathering is designed for women leaders who want to pause, reset, and connect with others in an uplifting, supportive space.

Join Business Women Australia members and friends to celebrate the year that was in a truly restorative way.

At RCVRI Wellness, Martin Place, you’ll be guided through:

A welcoming introduction to our wonderful group of 20 women in the Dry Room.
Grounding meditation to quiet the mind and arrive fully present.
A 15-minute burst of wellbeing inspirational talk.
The option to immerse yourself in proven recovery practices: cold plunge and sauna for calming the nervous system and reducing inflammation, and/or NormaTec compression systems for deep restoration (45 minutes).
Alternatively, you can relax with a good book or meditation and take in the tranquil environment around you.
Delicious teas provided by WildLane Tea.
Light snacks provided by Business Women Australia.

Whether it’s your first time exploring cold and heat therapy, or you’ve experienced it before, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

What you’ll walk away with:

Permission to pause — time to care for yourself before the year closes.
Renewed energy, clarity, and calm to carry into the festive season.
New connections with wonderful women from diverse industries and leadership roles.
Exclusive offers to extend your wellness journey with RCVRI and celebrate the EOY with BWA.
