At RCVRI Wellness, Martin Place, you’ll be guided through:

• A welcoming introduction to our wonderful group of 20 women in the Dry Room.

• Grounding meditation to quiet the mind and arrive fully present.

• A 15-minute burst of wellbeing inspirational talk.

• The option to immerse yourself in proven recovery practices: cold plunge and sauna for calming the nervous system and reducing inflammation, and/or NormaTec compression systems for deep restoration (45 minutes).

• Alternatively, you can relax with a good book or meditation and take in the tranquil environment around you.

• Delicious teas provided by WildLane Tea.

• Light snacks provided by Business Women Australia.

Whether it’s your first time exploring cold and heat therapy, or you’ve experienced it before, you’ll be supported every step of the way.
