Natalie Marie Dunbar is a UX-focused content strategist with a unique blend of skills as a journalist, content writer, and user experience researcher. Taken together with her curiosity for technology and her passion for engaging consumers, Natalie excels in balancing the creation of delightful user experiences with strategic content that supports the needs of a business or organization.

Natalie has worked in various roles as a content writer and strategist for brands that include Anthem, Farmers Insurance, Kaiser Permanente, Walmart, and YP.com. She’s also produced original content for federal agencies that include the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Centers for Tobacco Prevention (CTP), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Veterans Administration (VA). She is also the author of Rosenfeld Media’s newest title, From Solo to Scaled: Building a Sustainable Content Strategy Practice.

Natalie is also an active member of Women Talk Design and was a founding member of the Content Strategy Los Angeles meetup group.

Erica Jorgensen's 20-year career has included content leadership roles at startups including Amazon and Rover.com and global companies like Expedia and Microsoft. She’s the author of Content Research for User Experience, to be published in early 2023 by Rosenfeld Media. She's hellbent on lifting up the content community and getting us all the respect we deserve. Erica mentors content designers through Hexagon UX, Ladies that UX, and the University of Washington’s Human-Centered Design & Engineering program.

Elle Geraghty Content Strategy was founded in 2013 in Sydney, Australia in response to the growing need for an overarching strategic view of content and communication in digital ecosystems.
The consultancy specialises in big digital redesign projects, including information architecture and content modelling in transport, tech, education, media, the arts, government and more.

Elle Geraghty is one of Australia's most well-known Content Strategists.
She is an international speaker and coach who has been working in content strategy for over 15 years.
She has helped organisations like Qantas, the Art Gallery of NSW, IAG, the Australian Museum, Atlassian and Sydney University improve their content strategy.
She runs the Sydney Content Strategy meetup and is dedicated to raising the profile of content strategy in Australia.
She has a Certificate 4 in workplace training and assessment, a BA in communication, a Master's in knowledge management, a Diploma in design and an unfinished Graduate Certificate in AI for businesses.
