We're thrilled to announce an upcoming training session designed to usher in a new era of judging excellence within the Australian Culinary Federation (ACF). Whether you're taking your first step towards becoming an ACF-accredited judge or you're an established judge seeking re-accreditation, this two-hour workshop is tailored for you.

Set within the Foodservice Australia Expo, our session follows the ACF 2024 Chef Success Workshop, offering a deep dive into the nuances of judging ACF competitions at both Junior and industry levels. This workshop represents the foundational layer of our comprehensive judging program, open to all aspiring and current judges eager to refine their skills and gain official ACF accreditation.

Moreover, this workshop serves as a golden opportunity for competitors to gain insight into the judging process, offering a unique perspective on what it takes to excel in competitions.

Details of the Workshop:

  • Duration: Approximately 2 hours (subject to vary based on participant numbers)
  • Date: May 19 at 2.30-2.45 pm start - workshop resources, will be handed out at the event, exam link will be emailed for you to complete on line at your leisure.
  • Certification: Completion of this workshop and the subsequent exam will earn you a certificate, a crucial step towards applying for registration as an ACF Judge.

  • Renewals: Complimentary for ACF Members
  • New Certification: ACF Members: $25 + GST + Booking Fee | Non-Members: $50 + GST + Booking Fee
