Take Ten Leadership and Wellbeing Event presented by The Good Day Matrix
Event description
What is the Take Ten Series?
When someone tells you to take ten, they are telling you to disconnect and take a break away from what you are immersed in, to come back refreshed, revitalised and refocused to nail your mahi! But, how often do you actually take that advice and take ten?
So, what better way to disconnect and take ten, than with ten inspirational, insightful and impactful humans each sharing ten epic minutes of their time with you?
Who are our speakers?
These humans are EPIC and all have stories and journeys that are truly incredible! They will draw off their experiences across leadership, wellbeing and life in general to provide ten minutes of genuine awesomeness!

Why is it so important now?
We have been having many conversations with leaders throughout the North Island, particularly in the Waikato and Tāmaki Makaurau and everyone has been sharing the same messages of feeling disconnected from their teams, stuck in the busy wheel that won't stop spinning and overwhelmed at their ever-increasing and ever-present to-do lists!
Our mahi all adds to our vision of seeing people thrive and live well every single day in Aotearoa, so from all our kōrero and learnings, Take Ten was born to support this kaupapa.
Join us at the Take Ten Leadership and Wellbeing Event where you will share meaningful moments with our speakers, to walk away...
