Talking Point Breakfast Series - Leadership Development is Broken

Leadership development is broken......and we need a fix it quickly!

Our first Talking Point for 2025 is a hard hitting look under the bonnet of current leadership development practices. It’s a warts and all examination of why leadership development is broken, and what fit-for-the-future (i.e. 2025 and beyond) leadership development must consider, and do differently. 

What we’ll be examining:

• WHY we think it's broken (and what the research says) and why that matters

• WHAT forces are influencing the need for a radical rethink 

• HOW might we re-engineer our approaches? 

We’ll have some special panel guests (to be revealed shortly) and as always we’ll have a great breakfast provided, great people to meet and network with, and a bunch of caffeine to get your day started!
