Stall Details

• Stall fees must be paid by Friday, 25 September 2026. Sites will not be held without payment.

• Stall sites are available in either 3m x 3m or 6m x 3m sizes.

• Stallholders are responsible for the set-up and pack-down of their own marquees.

• All stallholder marquees must be securely weighted at all times. STRICTLY NO PEGS are permitted, as the racecourse has underground irrigation systems. Appropriate weights must be used.

• Stallholders are responsible for any damage caused to their allocated site.

• Stallholders are responsible for their site and belongings at all times.

• All sites are unpowered.

• Flooring is not provided.

• Please bring your own tables and chairs.

• Mobile phone reception is available, subject to your mobile provider.

• Designated parking is available on-site for all stallholders.

Lunch

If you would like to add a boxed lunch to your booking, please select this option before completing your checkout. This will be delivered to you stall site.
