Suncorp Talwood Pink Ladies Day - Stall Holders 2023

Set up location: Talwood Oval

Set up dates and times:

• Tuesday 22 August: 2pm - 4pm
  
• Wednesday 23 August: 7am - 9am
  

Pack down date and time:

• Wednesday 23 August: 3.30pm - 5pm (please note for safety reasons vehicles will not be allowed on-site before this time).

Security: 1 x security guard will be patrolling the Talwood Oval overnight to guard the event site. Please do not leave valuable items on site overnight.

Stall details:

- All stalls will be located outside on the oval – image attached

- Stalls are a 3 x 3 or a 6 x 3 fete style marquee (including 2 x sides and back wall)

- All sites are unpowered

- Flooring is not provided

- Option to add tables, chairs and a boxed lunch for an additional fee

- Mobile signal available (pending mobile provider)

- Stall holders are responsible for their site at all times

- On-ground security is provided overnight but the guard will be patrolling the grounds generally

- Designated parking on site is available for stall holders

Stallholders: please refer to the map when booking your stall. Select your stall at checkout by clicking the small 1 in a circle next to your preferred stall number.

*IMPORTANT: Please consider your required stall size and location CAREFULLY as stalls will not be moved once your booking is finalised.
