Join distillers for a whisky matched dinner to celebrate Tas Whisky Week, 07 - 13 August 2023 at Bluestone Bar & Kitchen, Launceston.

Three courses, whiskies and a glass of wine/beer/cider on arrival, $121 a ticket

Black Angus Eye grain-fed eye fillet (cooked medium), kale crespelle, King brown mushroom, master stock jus, dehydrated vine ripped cherry tomato

Twice cooked Scottdale pork scotch, caramelized apple & onion puree, spiced sausage & Tassie smoked cheddar cigar, bacon crumbs

Textures of Chocolate: Burnt white chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse, chocolate soil, white chocolate and raspberry ice cream.
