The Taste Native Australia Dinner is a rare culinary journey into "The Dreaming" where special guest and Kabi Kabi Elder Udjeee Tais will tell stories of myths and legends surrounding the Sunshine Coast, while hatted Chef Tye from Pickled Paradise will serve a decadent flow of "Hors Deeouvres" followed by a four course meal celebrating Native Australian ingredients with hand picked bush-tucker garnishes from the wild Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Guests will enjoy a Native cocktail on arrival - After guests can purchase drinks from our fully licensed bar serving tasty Australian cocktail specials and local First Nations "Jarrah Boy" beer.
Taste Native Australia is a sensory experience designed to take you on a journey back in time, that is why we have chosen the Mantra Mooloolaba Beach exclusive "rooftop" to host this event, with the most stunning views of The Sunshine Coast and mountain ranges, the guest is able to visualise The Dream Time stories spoken by Udjeee Tais and fully appreciate the land on which we wine, dine and live.
