Taste of the Trees (One Hour Shinrin Yoku Class)

Experience an hour-long class introducing the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing", in one of St. Paul's lovely urban parks. Participants will engage with sensory and sharing invitations to deepen your connection to self, land, and community. If you're curious about forest bathing, but a longer session feels intimidating -- this session is for you!
