Kirsten Welge is the Natural Awareness Guide: through Shinrin Yoku, meditation, and wildlife tracking, she cultivates awareness, ease, and connection to self, nature, and community.

She guides Shinrin Yoku sessions around the Twin Cities and Greater Minnesota, as well as teaching wildlife tracking to adults and students.

Certified as a Nature & Forest Therapy Guide through the Association for Nature & Forest Therapy (ANFT), Kirsten is also an Assistant Lecturer in Japanese Yoga and Mind-Body Oneness through Shinshin Toitsu Aikido, and holds a second degree black belt in the peaceful martial art of Ki Aikido.

She also holds certification in Wildlife Track & Sign (Level 3) and Trailing (Level 3) through Cybertracker International. Kirsten earned a Masters degree in Public Health, and served as a hospital leader in process & quality improvement for over a decade.
