WHAT:
What is the difference between baking soda and baking powder? What is the effect of heat and time on eggs? Are pickling and fermenting the same thing? Does it really matter if the butter in a dough recipe is at room temperature or chilled?
If your curious kid wants to know the answers to these burning questions (get it? "burning" questions!), this is the perfect camp.
Join us for 5 fun and food-filled days. We cook together, eat together and clean up together. We also have lot of time for old-fashioned summer camp fun.
Depending on covid protocols, we are planning guest speakers and field trips.
All staff and volunteers are vaccinated against covid.
