For a sunrise breathwork session 

Gentle Breathing on the sand as the sun rises 

What is breathwork?

The breathwork I love to share is inter grated  breathing, harnessing our natural breathing pattern to help unlock energy inside our system to create more awareness for our self.



Te whitinga o te rā means sun rise.

To take time to ground and reconnect with yourself, while connecting with your breath.

Embrace the beautiful sunrise and connect with community 


This is open to everyone kids are welcome
