Course Overview: This one-day workshop is designed to equip aspiring and current team leaders with the essential skills and knowledge needed to effectively lead and manage teams. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and real-world examples, participants will develop the confidence and capabilities to excel in their leadership roles.

Everyone will leave with a personalised leadership action plan ready to implement immediately, so that they are stepping into their role with confidence and clarity of being a good leader and getting results.

Module 2: Communication Skills for Leaders
