Join naturopathic doctor Lara Briden and nutritionist Tanya Borowski for an interactive evening about teen periods, hormones and nutrition, with practical strategies for common period problems.
Lara and Tanya will discuss:

How to troubleshoot irregular periods
Practical solutions for acne, period pain and heavy flow
Following Lara and Tanya’s fireside chat-style presentation, they’ll open it up to an audience Q&A.
We welcome anyone interested in teen health, including teens, parents, teachers and clinicians. Bring your questions.

Arrive at 6:15 pm for a 6:30pm start. Finish by 8pm.
Cost: $32 / $39 early-bird until 20 October, then $45. Adult + teen tickets available.
This event is part of Lara and Tanya’s Hormone Whisperers series, alongside Dr Nicky Keay. While Nicky can’t join us for this one, the Hormone Whisperers have previously taken the stage in Oxford, London, Sydney and Auckland - and now Christchurch!

Meet the speakers

Lara Briden
Lara Briden is a Canadian-born naturopathic doctor and the author of Period Repair Manual, Hormone Repair Manual, and The Metabolism Reset. She is based in Christchurch.

Tanya Borowski
Tanya Borowski is a UK-based Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine Practitioner, co-author of The Clever Guts Diet with Dr Michael Mosley, and founder of the practitioner mentorship programme Women's Health Mastery.
