We forgot how to slow down, breathe with the wind, pray with the water, dance with the fire, and rest into the embrace of the earth.

In a world that moves faster every day; where screens glow brighter than sunsets and silence feels foreign; this immersion is a remembrance.

A return to the natural rhythm that has always lived inside you.

Join the Temple of the Elements, a 4-week ceremonial journey that reawakens your relationship with the sacred forces of creation; Air, Fire, Water, and Earth.

Each week we gather in ritual, song, dance, meditation, and communion with plant spirits, creating sacred altars and offerings to honour the Elements. and with a surprise guest facilitator will weave in sensual embodiment throughout the dance part of the journey.

Between each gathering, there will be an online container where you’ll receive practices to weave this connection into your daily life; restoring presence, vitality, and balance.

Week 1 — Temple of the Wind (Air / East)
Breathe life into your intentions.
Create altar, offer dance, and awaken prayer through gum leaf ritual and song.

Receive one week of guided elemental integration.

Week 2 — Temple of the Fire (North)
Activate your inner flame.
Sit with the fire, offer tobacco prayers, dance the power of transformation.

Week 3 — Temple of the Water (West)
Surrender and flow.
Blue lotus ceremony, water prayers, songs of remembrance; cleansing emotional residue and restoring softness.

Week 4 — Temple of the Earth (South)
Ground, root, and embody.
Prayers to the earth utilising Mama Cacao, dance in gratitude for the Mother that holds us all.
