Join the Temple of the Elements, a transformative 4-week journey that invites you to reconnect with the fundamental Elements of creation.
We gather together each Saturday over a 4 week cycle and through the power of ritual, song, dance, meditation, and the utilisation of plant spirits we cultivate our connection, and tap into the innate wisdom of the elements.

🌿 What to Expect:
Week 1: Temple of the Wind (air) Direction of the East
Week 2: Temple of the Fire Direction of the North
Week 3: Temple of the Water Direction of the West
Week 4: Temple of the Earth Direction of the South

(please note the directions and elements are in the order that is in alignment to the Southern Hemisphere)

Daily ceremonies and rituals, each dedicated to each of the elements.
Practices to nurture your elemental connection throughout the weeks.
Reawakening the timeless bond between you and the Elements of creation

Our mission is to bridge the gap, for it is disconnection that often leads to neglect of our planet, our waters, our family, our community and ultimately ourselves. As more people forge this connection, our world flourishes.

This isn't about mere knowledge transfer; it's a journey to experience and embody the wisdom that comes from your own cultivation of connection to the elements of creation.

About the Facilitator / Co-Creator

Indigo is a ceremonialist whose path has been shaped by over a decade of service on the medicine path. Her journey has taken her across Egypt, North America, Mexico, the Amazon, and the Andes of Peru, in search of learning, healing, and deeper communion with nature. Along the way, she has worked with sacred medicines such as Ayahuasca, Wachuma, Peyote, and Mama Kuka (coca). Her strongest and most long-standing relationship remains with Grandfather Peyote, who continues to guide her in reverence and humility.

Drawing deeply from Indigenous teachings, plant medicines, and her own communion with the natural world, Indigo has cultivated a profound connection to the elements, to gratitude, and to the simple yet powerful truths of creation. This path has supported her through trauma, depression, anxiety, and chronic illness—teaching her how to transmute pain into healing, suffering into wisdom, and disconnection into reverence for life.

Her spiritual journey began long before stepping onto the medicine path. At age 12, she discovered yoga, and by 18 she was diving into the writings of Eckhart Tolle and attending spiritual studies, later studying naturopathy. In her mid-twenties, she began working more deeply with sacred plant medicines, always in service to the plants and their carriers.

Indigo holds great respect for the lineages and original custodians of these teachings. She does not serve Ayahuasca, Wachuma, or Peyote outside of their traditional initiations and lineages. Instead, she shares the foundations—teachings rooted in Indigenous traditions and ceremonies that emphasize reverence for the elements, creation, and spirit. Her work is not about throwing people into the “deep end,” but rather about guiding others back to their innate, elemental connection in ways that foster self-healing, empowerment, growth, and self-love, while living in right relation with the Earth.

What she offers is not a dogma, but an invitation—a wellspring of wisdom and practice that can support you in cultivating an ongoing, sustained relationship with life, creation, and the elements. No matter how deep we may have already gone, there is always more to explore, more expansion to embody, and more depth to experience.

Since 2022, Indigo has been facilitating Temple of the Elements (TOTE), a unique offering that guides participants into connection with the elements of creation. The next round begins November 8th. Early bird registration ends soon!
