Cam is a spirits specialist for Vanguard Luxury Brands which focuses on premium international and Aussie craft spirits. Originating from the U.S, he has spent the past two decades running bars and restaurants around the world including the Cayman Islands, Japan and Australia. Formerly the project manager for World Class, which is the world’s largest international cocktail competition (which he happened to be a prior finalist several years running as well.) A graduate of The Institute of Brewing and Distilling in Scotland with a specialty in Whisky and Grain Spirits.
